Management Centre Demonstration Images
Your Payment Management Centre is the
'engine room' of your GOpay account. The menu choices are explained below.
- Site Options - configure GOpay to suit
your requirements.
- Data Entry Form Fields - collect data
during processing.
- Shop / Event - select the options you
wish to use when you create your online shop using GOpay BuyNow links.
- Events Calendar - select the options you
wish to use when you create your Events Management Calendar.
- Bill Payments - allow your clients to
pay their account with you online or integrate with your web site.
- Search Log - to search the database for
details of completed transactions.
- Master Reports - to search the database
by transaction type within a time period.
- Master Comparisons - to compare the
performance of personnel.
- Reconciliation - access payment gateway
data to cross-check your payments.
- Batch Processing - to import, edit and
process multiple transactions as a batch.
- Funds Transfer - switch to login to the
Funds Transfer section to process payments.
- Group Administrators - the second level
of access. If you have supervisors, or you wish to authorize other staff
to process transactions, you can use this function to set up and manage
personnel at the Group Administrator level.
- Operators - the third level of access.
Suitable for use by call centres and other telemarketing operations, you
can set up and manage any number of staff as Operators.
- Help - online help available for all
aspects of GOpay.
- Log Out - the secure way to end your
GOpay session.
