Great for seminars & conferences - On
your event registration web page you can accept registrations with or without payment. If the event is a 'No Charge'
event, you can set up your web site to take the necessary registration details
through our secure encrypted form. You can even place a cap on the number of
registrations allowed and set up as many events as you wish.
GOpay® is also a cost effective
solution, with a basic display which can be made visually seamless in sync with
your existing web site.

GObookings® as an Alternative
Option
The GObookings® Software System configured as an Event
Scheduler Management System -
(Note there is an
additional small monthly charge for use of this system)
GObookings® is a sister
company of GOpay® and part of the WebStation Australia Group.
GObookings® is ideal for education, sporting
events, seminars, instructional classes, membership clubs with or without a
payment.
Configured as an Event Scheduling Management System it allows you to link from your web site to
the GObookings®
secure server where you can list events on a calendar page for
customers/members/staff to access a 7 day calendar view with the ability to
preview future weeks events and book the event. Multiple events can be listed
for the same day. Colours and graphics can be included to distinguish different
types of events.
Individual events can be -
1. Listed with the ability to make the individual events
public or private (if private only members with a Username and Password can
access the event to book).
2. Set a limit on the number of bookings per event.
3. Activate a Charge for Event.
A section is included for
the management of customers/members with reporting available from individual
customers/members to all customers/members and by Event.
